2. Services Overview

GenzBill is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and billing software designed to help businesses:

Generate GST-compliant invoices
Manage inventory, purchases, and expenses
Track income and financial reports
Send invoices via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email
Access real-time dashboards and business reports

3. Subscription & Pricing

GenzBill offers the following subscription plans:

All essential billing and reporting features

🔹 Standard – ₹499/month

10 users
1,000 products
10,000 invoices/month
Google Looker Studio reporting
Business improvement support

🔹 Premium – ₹999/month

Unlimited users/products/invoices
API access
Advanced reporting
Priority support

👉 All plans include GST billing, expense tracking, stock management, and multi-channel invoice sharing.

4. Payments & Renewals

All payments are prepaid and billed monthly or annually.
Renewal is automatic unless cancelled prior to the billing date.
No refunds are provided after payment is processed, except under exceptional cases approved by our support team.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share access with unauthorized users.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your business data entered into the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
Attempt unauthorized access to our servers or user data.

7. Data Security & Privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary outages.
